      One of the funniest pranks I did to someone was quite simple. You know those tins of travel sweets? They always have that dust sugar inside. Well I opened the tin and then licked the inside of the lid, which had the sugar on, and re-sealed it. It pretty much glued it together. I gave it to a friend and said I couldn’t open it. He spent all lunch time trying to remove the lid, and when it finally budged, he pulled it off so hard, all the dust sugar flew out all over him. Absolutely covered.

      There are plenty of pranks that go on around our department… during an ongoing prank battle with a friend of mine, he waited until I went to get a coffee then asked the secretary to unlock my office and he plastered the walls with pictures of himself *and* he managed to stick them all over the window *from the outsideMATOMO_URL That was pretty impressive.

      Also, it’s not really a prank, but our PhD students have an ongoing Nerf battle raging amongst their offices to capture the “astro flag”, which they made themselves 🙂
