      I’ve never done it, but I don’t see why not. But perhaps when you’re sad is not the best time for good swimming…

      Cry, as in shed tears? I would think so, although if you were in really deep water the pressure on your tear ducts might cause problems. But then again, if you were in really deep water, you’d probably have a diving mask on…
