      Hi Isabelle_Sasha. Not really, sorry! It’s incredibly complex. All I know about it is that all particles in the universe can also be considered as 1-Dimensional strings. The strings vibrates/oscillates at a particular frequency – which defines the particle. Other properties on the string, like the amplitude, give rise to more information about the particle, like its charge for example.

      Plenty of Physicists don’t like String Theory because it isn’t possible to do experimentation. However, it does seem to be one of the only sensible ways towards the grand theory of everything.
