• Question: Do humans fight each other because we have no natural predators to fight?

      Hi Tom And Nathan. That’s an interesting thought, and excuse for our behaviour. It would be interesting to know if we would be so violent towards ourselves if we had a common predator/enemy. I suspect we would still fight. The human race doesn’t seem to deal well with conflicting ideas, behaviour and culture. It is our intelligence that helps us to communicate with other people – people that may not share the same ideology, and so we fight.

      Maybe – historically people stop fighting each other when they have a common enemy, but that’s not exactly the same thing as a natural predator…
