• Question: Do u have any other hobbies beside science?

      Yes!

      I play the Tuba in a couple of Brass bands. This year I’ve started climbing. I enjoy reading, cycling, cooking, swimming and playing squash. I also like a good DVD box set and am a fan of Gloucester Rugby Club.

      I don’t think shopping counts as a hobby, so I’ll say running.

      I run quite a lot. I once ran a marathon, which turned out to be a HUGE mistake. It took a long time. However, it’s been a while and, unfortunately, I seem to have forgotten quite how awful I felt afterwards, so now I’d quite like to run another one.

      I’ll be better prepared this time. Probably.

      Weird Hobby: I am a keen Aquarist – I have 9 fish tanks; 7 tropical and 2 marine. In total, there are about 600L of water in my house – which is enough to flush a toilet 100 times.

      Normal Hobbies: Guitar, binge-watching Netflix boxsets… oh and Gaming. PC and console.

      Sport: I cycle. Sometimes I commute into work this way (30 mile round trip).
