• Question: How old are you before it can be said you died of old age?

      Thought provoking… I always thought of death by old age as a massive heart-attack from muscle deterioration. But then there are plenty of things people can get that means they die as a result of being old and not ‘strong’ enough to survive it. I suppose one way of thinking about it is, no one dies of old age, but rather just dies from something which was made worse by being old.

      Hi Isabelle,

      Life doesn’t have an age limit (like a speed limit). People can live a long time these days. But our bodies deteriorate and nobody lives forever.
