Let’s hope not! Getting into space is hard enough already without having someone try to blow you up.

If there is life on other planets, and that life is anything like us, then it seems likely doesn’t it, given what we act like on our own planet?

I’d like to think though that any species that could travel to us wouldn’t need anything on our planets to attack us. Also, the closest star with planets to us is about 4 light years away… so even if aliens (that could travel at light speed) came from there to attack us, it would take them 8 years to call re-enforcements: 4 years to send a signal back, and 4 years to fly out!

      I really hope not!

I think if there is a war of the planets, it’s most likely to be between humans and other humans, once we’ve established companies in space.

On earth, wars are usually started because of resources — or to get a better position to protect/attack against enemies. Let’s hope we do better when we move out to the rest of the solar system.

Right now? It’d be more like a war of the satellites…
